I am an accomplished entrepreneur and have been self employed for about 18 years now. This idea came to me straight from the Lord himself. He made me realize how unhealthy the fast food industry is and how non-diverse the salad options are at the restaurants that choose to serve them. Most of these salads come pre-made and it's hard to get exactly what you want on them (or what you don’t want on them). My solution was to bring diverse and fresh salad varieties to see how they contrast with others. My salads come exactly how you order them and are made fresh to order.My salads are giving people the option to give up fast-food and leftovers on their lunch breaks and pick up a bowl of fresh ingredients.
